The homesteader package is the full meal deal whether you are looking to: super charge your permaculture theory with hands on field work, redesign your own farm, or want to get a taste of the homesteading life you will find what you are looking for in this program.
The homestead package program utilize all aspects of an active learning system:
- direct experience
- critical reflection
- abstract thinking
- creative experimentation
This maximizes information retention and learning outcomes.
It includes all of the same course content as the Certificate Package as well as 7 days in the field on an functioning homestead. You will participate in the day to day happenings of farm life, lectures in advance permaculture design techniques and hands on group design project work.
Not only will you do all of this great learning, you will be spending a whole week in a beautiful location with a group of great people. These events are so much fun you won't even realize that you are at school. The lodging is comfortable, the food is great and its all included in the cost of tuition. Come and join us.
